Initial contact was a good experience. Very bad experience from this mob with after sales support. AND NO ITS NOT OUR SOFTWARE but your hardware that is the fault (requires a firmware update and is not available). When I requested for a refund, this is when things went south dramatically. Took weeks for a response and days after for another.Unable to speak to anyone regarding issue.WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Do not buy from these guys. Lets see what responses they will make up to this feedback.This company has no attention to details. First my name is spelt Phong not Pong. If I wanted to purchase a cheap product I would not have purchased the product from you. Once they have your money, they treat you like dirt. Way to go to keep new customers. Still waiting to receive a refund.
