Exceptionally horrible customer service. They have been giving me the runaround for five months about not reporting my credit and telling me a different excuse every time I call. They do not ever return my calls like they say they will either. It was easy to get a loan, but they only reported it for a few months. Avoid this company at all costs. Now my credit is a mess. Thanks Citizens Finance!

Initially went there due to friendliness of Alexis and staff but since theY got rid of her and there is a new guy they have been the bain of my existence. Sometimes all is not what it seems as is the case with this company. Will.move hell and high water to get you in a loan but will not be flexible in any way when life problems arise. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
