Exceptionally horrible customer service. They have been giving me the runaround for five months about not reporting my credit and telling me a different excuse every time I call. They do not ever return my calls like they say they will either. It was easy to get a loan, but they only reported it for a few months. Avoid this company at all costs. Now my credit is a mess.
