Due to an online system issue, two payments were taken out of my account. in error. Customer Service would not credit back my bank account. Instead I must come to in to branch for refund or wait for check. Disappointed in customer service.

In the past I said that they have great customer service (they still do) however I am starting to realize that they have a fee for everything... I recently requested that they stop a payment from a company and there is a $30 fee... It's a $10 fee for replacement cards even if the chip malfunctions... The only reason I bank with them is because my job has limited places they can send my check... If the fees don't matter then you got a great credit union... Otherwise prepare to pay a place to keep YOUR money

Really went down hill after merging with another credit union.

Horrible! The tellers need to be retained! So far I've only been helped by one teller (the younger African American man) that has actually helped me PROPERLY. The rest of the tellers have bad attitude, put payroll checks on hold that don't need to be held..... That is never held. If you call about an error after hours they can't help you out if you are just using this location as a service center. Then they will put the blame for their errors on your actual bank branch when it's not their fault! When I go to my actual credit union Everytime it's never a problem. So from now on, even if my actual credit union is further, I will go there! THEY DO NOT ALLOW AFRICAN AMERICAN customers to use the restroom, but everyone is fine to use the restroom. This was told by two Caucasian women (employees) that no public restroom was available, although I stood there and watched them allow two people from other ethnicities use the restroom. So the next time I came in I ask the same thing (out if curiosity), and WALA I was told that I could actually use it that day...... (When the employee working at the welcome desk was African American). So *note-to-self* if you are black, you MAY NOT use their public restroom when Caucasian workers are on duty at the welcome desk!

I get the feeling this place was bought out by a bank and they are trying to run it into the ground. Extremely rude to customers, and even worse to my vendors. Very little value is provided by this institution, if any at all. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

The worst customer service, was lay off call to get my a monthly payments moved to the end after receiving a letter that they could help and call to get help so I did to only be told it's nothing we can do u sorry I payed off another loan and was never late on top of that they don't return ur calls half the don't answer there lines Smh.

The lady at the desk when you first walk in was rude. I wonder if I came in with a suit would she have yelled across the room to address me. I wonder if she would have treated me with better customer service. It's a shame to have banked with a business for 24 yrs and on this day made me want to close my account.
