Client Review on Public Service Credit Union| Credit Unions in Michigan

Horrible! The tellers need to be retained! So far I've only been helped by one teller (the younger African American man) that has actually helped me PROPERLY. The rest of the tellers have bad attitude, put payroll checks on hold that don't need to be held..... That is never held. If you call about an error after hours they can't help you out if you are just using this location as a service center. Then they will put the blame for their errors on your actual bank branch when it's not their fault! When I go to my actual credit union Everytime it's never a problem. So from now on, even if my actual credit union is further, I will go there! THEY DO NOT ALLOW AFRICAN AMERICAN customers to use the restroom, but everyone is fine to use the restroom. This was told by two Caucasian women (employees) that no public restroom was available, although I stood there and watched them allow two people from other ethnicities use the restroom. So the next time I came in I ask the same thing (out if curiosity), and WALA I was told that I could actually use it that day...... (When the employee working at the welcome desk was African American). So *note-to-self* if you are black, you MAY NOT use their public restroom when Caucasian workers are on duty at the welcome desk!
