Right now I am in the beginning stage of getting a mortgage . The amount of help I have gotten has been incredible. It can be an overwhelming process. They are very responsive to all emails and often give me their cell phone numbers if there is any concerns after hours. They have gone above and beyond especially considering there has been no actual loan yet. I feel guilty because they have spent so much time already answering everything I throw at them. Can't wait to seal the deal. This is not my first house. Last experience was painful with another company. Bob Whyte

We cannot thank the Andria Dolce Team at Radius for their exceptional customer service during our first-time home buying experience. Andria and her team were referred to us. We spoke with Andria on a Friday afternoon who walked us through the process, over the weekend we submitted our pre-approval paperwork, and on Monday at 5P we received our pre-approval letter and we submitted an offer on a home that evening. It happened really fast and not accordingly to plan and Andria and her team did not miss a beat. We met with Andria at our local coffee shop and we dove into the process, what was ahead, and how she and her team would be there to support us.Throughout the process Andria and her team were in consistent communication. Communication is KEY and even when there was no update, Andria would give me a call just to check-in and see how things were going and if I had any questions in the back of my mind. We felt so supported from the very beginning. We highly (and enthusiastically) recommend the Andria Dolce Team.
