We cannot thank the Andria Dolce Team at Radius for their exceptional customer service during our first-time home buying experience. Andria and her team were referred to us. We spoke with Andria on a Friday afternoon who walked us through the process, over the weekend we submitted our pre-approval paperwork, and on Monday at 5P we received our pre-approval letter and we submitted an offer on a home that evening. It happened really fast and not accordingly to plan and Andria and her team did not miss a beat. We met with Andria at our local coffee shop and we dove into the process, what was ahead, and how she and her team would be there to support us.Throughout the process Andria and her team were in consistent communication. Communication is KEY and even when there was no update, Andria would give me a call just to check-in and see how things were going and if I had any questions in the back of my mind.
