We have been purchasing jewelry and having repairs made at Robertson's for more than a dozen years. They have repaired countless pieces of jewelry ranging from easy (changing a watch battery while I waited) to complex (rebuilding the prongs of a ring, repairing a chipped stone). I really appreciate that the bench jeweler is on staff - meaning that my jewelry doesn't leave the premises - and that they walk me through the repair process before proceeding.

Excellent repeat experiences since 1991! Experts in fabrication of custom made jewelry, high-end watch repair & always helpful with finding the perfect gift. Very reasonable prices for such great quality. Staff takes time to get to know their clients & establish trusting relationships, not just pushing to make sales. New & rare estate pieces, all exquisite!

I had wedding bands that wouldn’t wrap correctly. I went into Robertson’s Jewelers and asked them about making a halo ring. I was told the diamonds are bigger than what they would use for a halo ring. But if I leave my rings they would work out an estimate. They called me back and I went in to discuss the pricing. It would take a while to search for a halo setting for the size of the diamond and the number which was eight diamonds. But if I did a custom halo setting it would be more, but it would be beautiful. I just picked it up today (5/4/2019) and my jaw it the floor. It was sooo beautiful!! I can’t stop looking at my new/old ring. Thank you, thank you Robertson’s Jewelers and especially, Rich, who made the picture in my mind real... And I also like the fact I kept it local in New Milford, CT. I am proud to have a one of a kind ring made just for me!!

Very professional. Wanted to have my ring's setting changed and they explained my options and went through what they would do. Very nice and easy to work with. Ring looks gorgeous! Would definitely bring any of my jewelery to them.
