This is a cheat of a store. I went to have a necklace re-strung and was told it would cost $100 (for two strings, $50 per string.) I even wrote the amount on the holding receipt tag, in front of the staff while I was at the store counter. Oddly the store did not formally print an 'amount owed' on the holding tag- but I thought nothing of it. When I went to pick up my newly strung item two weeks later, I was told the charge was $120 (for two strings, $60 per string). I did indicate that the amount was incorrect and even shared my written notes--but to no avail. I paid $120 because I had no choice. This is a terrible terrible store. Beware.
