Overall Feedback:

All the member service reps that have assisted me have been very helpful. One of them recommended various accounts to get maximum interest. Went mortgage shopping at different banks and SCU had the highest rates and weren't willing to match lower rates at other banks so that was obviously not the place we got our mortgage. On another occasion we needed a bank draft/certified cheque. It took the teller 30 minutes to do that for us. It DOES NOT take 30 minutes to get a certified cheque. I had been to TD a few days earlier for the same purpose and it took them all of five minutes. She wasted quite a bit of our time... as if everybody has all the time in the world.
