Very Poor Customer Service, ask to speak to a manager and it was Sat, and the representative got smart with me stating " On a Saturday' Good Luck... i was like excuse me?!?, Big Mistake Currently I close both my business and savings account & process of transferring my car loan as well.. and switch to a different bank. I DO NOT trust them with my Money...
