One of the worst services I have ever seen.. I am not sure how this company is surviving in the market with such worst service. Useless staff, processes followed are designed way back in 1900. Since I need to select a star selecting it 1. Else its -Infinity.

Very poor service..heavy charges..part payment option is bad. What ever you pay it will goto interest.suggest to opt out from any of the private banks.
