They dont deserve a one star also.Very Bad Customer Service.Especially Afira the sales team lead ,they will not tell a word about insurance they sell.They wont reveal you all details regarding loan.later they will fight stating it was in their sanction letter and customer should understand the hidden charges .Must appreciate their training head coz all of them behave in same way - absolute disregard to customer needs! So Guys if you are taking a loan from here read their sanction letter there will be a colum for insurance and THE PERSON COMMING TO GET THE PAPER SIGNED WILL ASK FOR A NOMINEE NAME DONT GIVE THAT IS FOR THEIR INSURANCE.BE CAREFULL FRAUD SALES PEOPLE AND FRAUD TECHNIQUE.
