I’ve dealt with Beth for years until my returns got a bit complicated (and income increased) so I decided to explore my options. Let me say that the grass isn’t always greener. Beth always crosses her “t”s and dots her “I”s. I previously left a very bad review to this business out of anger and misinformation. Beth always made sure I was taken care of. I’ll continue to refer friends and family to her business for more years to come. When you deal with taxbiz staff, you might pay a tiny more or less but the important thing is that the job is done right every time.

We put our tax issues off for years! When I heard about Tax Biz, I had the pleasure of speaking with Beth about the options available to resolve overdue taxes. Beth was phenomenal. She was very detailed and explained step by step on how to attack our debt and begin the journey to freedom. Whenever I emailed or called with questions, Beth and her staff were available to speak with me or returned my calls in a timely manner. When we ran into an issue with the state (out of our control), Beth was able to walk us through the process. I am very thankful that I found this awesome company! I went in a little discouraged and nervous. because I was just turned away by liberty tax the other day but i didn't give up. And I'm glad because they said one thing and I got to TaxBizUSA and it was a different story. I was greeted with smiles and nothing but professionalism they took there time and worked with me.They made sure I left satisfied they showed me patients and that it was about helping me instead of just giving up. they answered all of my questions as well as gave me good advice. I will be working with them here on out and would refer them to anyone that needs help... Thanks you guys for your help and support..
