I went in a little discouraged and nervous. because I was just turned away by liberty tax the other day but i didn't give up. And I'm glad because they said one thing and I got to TaxBizUSA and it was a different story. I was greeted with smiles and nothing but professionalism they took there time and worked with me.They made sure I left satisfied they showed me patients and that it was about helping me instead of just giving up. they answered all of my questions as well as gave me good advice. I will be working with them here on out and would refer them to anyone that needs help... Thanks you guys for your help and support..
