I was in a pinch and found this place when I was driving down the street. Wasn't sure what to expect so I walked in and was greeted by Matt. Customer service was good and he explained about how an auto title loan works. Once I understood all the ins and outs as Matt was explaining it I realized this was going to get me out of the bind I was in. I got my money the same day. Everyone there was nice and it was a comfortable experience.

My first experience with TMG was speaking withJohn-Claude, everything was rock-solid until it came time to process my paperwork. Each day there was another excuse for why they could not process my loan application until finally I called directly to the lender and they told me everything I needed to process the loan.Even after adding the loan company as a lien holder to my registration I will still denied the loan because of my bank statements. Even though my car is paid off in valued at $11,000 I was only seeking a loan for 5,000. After I was an denied the loan I called John-Claude but I could not even get a reply to my phone call, he justsent me a text message telling me how he was on the phone with another client. If you don't need a loan don't go to these people!!
