My first experience with TMG was speaking withJohn-Claude, everything was rock-solid until it came time to process my paperwork. Each day there was another excuse for why they could not process my loan application until finally I called directly to the lender and they told me everything I needed to process the loan.Even after adding the loan company as a lien holder to my registration I will still denied the loan because of my bank statements. Even though my car is paid off in valued at $11,000 I was only seeking a loan for 5,000. After I was an denied the loan I called John-Claude but I could not even get a reply to my phone call, he justsent me a text message telling me how he was on the phone with another client. If you don't need a loan don't go to these people!!
