One of the worst places ever, unethical behaviour that is taking advantage of people in need of cash. They do not hesitate to charge 20 GBP in order to exchange 140 GBP (from Euro to GBP). Most of the places in Glasgow (including public transportation etc.) accept credit or debit card, so that there is little need of cash.
