I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a home. I've been working with Stuart Wilson and he's been fantastic. He's friendly. professional, and always available. In addition, this company can close in 21-30 days, when most other take 30-45 (or longer). Their communication is over the top and they walk you through every step effortlessly.

update 9/9/19 - I just completed another mortgage with Mike and Treadstone and once again would highly recommend working with him! This was our second time working with Michael Marsman at Treadstone and he's great to work with! The best thing about working with him is his communication, it seems like every single time I reach out to him with a question, he gets back to me within minutes. Michael did our mortgage for our first home and was extremely helpful in teaching us about the process. Treadstone works quickly too, we were ready to close in just over three weeks and the process is very streamlined. We loved that we were able to handle the entire process online, it made things much easier. I cannot recommend Michael enough, we will certainly be going back to him when it's time for our next home.
