I have been a business owner for 6 years but I'm much better at my trade than business management. I didn't know where to reach out for assistance but decided to wheel in and talk with them. I'm very glad I did. Richard has really helped me formulate and execute a plan to improve my company's procedures. Emily has been great to work with in scheduling, confirming and helping with rescheduling my appointments, when needed. The help I'm getting has all been free, so the prices are fantastic.

I called the Rome office, scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up. No phone call, no explanation given. I called the office to find out what happened and had to leave a message- no return phone call and no response to my follow up emails as well. Why bother offering services if there’s no intention on actually providing said service...this was a very disappointing experience with the SBDC.
