Feedback:

I called the Rome office, scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up. No phone call, no explanation given. I called the office to find out what happened and had to leave a message- no return phone call and no response to my follow up emails as well. Why bother offering services if there’s no intention on actually providing said service...this was a very disappointing experience with the SBDC.
