Overall Feedback:

They refused to take my vehicle payment, twice! Guess my name, ss #, and the make and model of my vehicle aren't enough for them. Thank goddess i have 2 other credit unions to transfer my vehicle loan, too. And they both offer me a cash reward for abandoning UCU'S awful customer service!
