Poor customer service seems to be the way here, especially with two of the staff members on the NZ Post counter. Having worked in customer service jobs, I appreciate what a challenge it can be dealing with people in a challenging and rushed environment. However, customers are not an imposition, and if it were not for them, you would not have a job. One woman in particular is very unfriendly, not welcoming and just plain rude. The other has moods that seem to vary from day to day. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks.
