Customer service is poor. They get the job done but had very poor experience with the staff. She didn't even let me finish my sentence before leaving the desk to get my parcel. Very stern and not accommodating. She took my passport photo without so much letting you know if you need adjustment. My photos ended up with bad head angle and she didn't even care because she was just doing her job. I can't pay another $20 just to have it redone. If you are not happy with your job, you should leave. And even if you are not happy with your job, you should at least treat the customers with a smile and good attitude because that is what we are there too for - to be treated nicely. I am generally nice to receptionists and treat them right. If you are having a bad day because maybe another customer did not treat you nicely, do not pass it on to other people.
