I usually only do positive reviews but when I feel I have been wronged I write one of these. The experience wasn't only a huge waste of time it cost me a lot of money. Twice I was approved, once in the initial review of documents I brought in and emailed to them( a video congratulations to that fact, and another email later). We followed through with due diligence on giving to them everything they requested with was substantial, We received a prequalified letter to go shopping, found a house, entered escrow, paid for a home inspection, pest and termite and was well into the process when "all of a sudden" there were problems. After talking to other lenders on the reasons given to us for this sudden reversal on being approved we were informed at best those reasons were "LAME" and should not have an issue or at the VERY LEAST come up BEFORE preapproval. Long story short, do yourself a favor, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I did!
