I’ve been a memener since 2014. Don’t get bank with them. Their new procedure and policies give a bank feel not a credit union. They have longer holds on checks than most banks. You can no longer call and speak with a representative. The new phone system only allows you to speak with call center reps. Call center reps can only answer basic question location on the website. Is was a lot of fraud with senior citizens accounts a year back not sure if it’s still going on.
