Most of the workers are very unprofessional!! They never return calls, and will give you the run around!! I don't think I would recommend them to anyone! Respect is everything.........poor customer service!!!

Really good bank, but as busy as they are.. they only run with 2 maybe 3 tellers and 1 person at the Drive thru window. Everyday, even on fridays..

Used to loooove this establishment.... could always count on them for your needs .... BUT now since they no longer process nothing in house .... has made it very difficult to help their members .... I don’t know who thought of this process... but it’s not a good one .... my son was mislead to thinking that he would be able to obtain a car loan but once he started the process it was denied.... that would not have happened years ago .... I talked him into joining because of how they used to be .... I think that’s very unfortunate as they will lose a lot of members! You also can’t ever get anyone on the phone and it’s always a line and a very slow process when you go into the branch to do anything! I don’t know all the ins and outs.... but from my standpoint the process was not broken so whyyyy did you all try to fix it! Very displeased

Horrible I can never get in touch with an employee, it always sends you to an automated service and to the costumer service center that never helps you unless it’s a basic question, I had a fraudulent charge to my card can’t even call to block it bc you all no longer have these services definitely will be locating to a new bank!

I’ve been a memener since 2014. Don’t get bank with them. Their new procedure and policies give a bank feel not a credit union. They have longer holds on checks than most banks. You can no longer call and speak with a representative. The new phone system only allows you to speak with call center reps. Call center reps can only answer basic question location on the website. Is was a lot of fraud with senior citizens accounts a year back not sure if it’s still going on.
