DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANKThis place lost my business: I currently have my car loan with them. At their lowest rate offered which is a 2.39 refinance from over a year ago. I wanted to finance a medical procedure so I tried to be loyal and stay with them. I did a credit check for a personal loan of 7k and my credit came back at 762 but my discover card balance is high. It’s not over the limit or past due. My discover is my only high debt. The under writers denied me because of it. Guess what wright patt I will be getting me a new car and you will not be the bank to buy it. If I change my mind I will just refinance and pay another bank for my current car. I’m cutting all ties with this raggedy unloyal bank. Do not do any business with this place.Again credit score 762. No missed payments: Nothing bad on my credit report. I have about 10 or 15 credit cards. Discover is the only one with a high balance and is in good standing and has always been in good standing. Then these idiots suggest I used my available credit on my discover card oh that right it’s because I have availability to put 7 k on my card. So they want to increase the issue they denied me for in the first place or use the positive equity in my car for a secured loan was their suggestion. This is one sorry pathetic credit union with NO LOYALTY. Telhio have good reviews and low rates. Wright patt I was going to get my first mortgage with you guys. Not any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
