I gave one star because of Xoom’s way of handling customer service. I had a fraud issue and called in to report it and instead of helping me out it was easier for them to kick me off their service. I can not believe a company who claims to be safe But it’s not. They rather terminate service and kick people off their service instead of handling fraud claims. Also, I am feed up with the call centers never understanding my explanation. Basically it’s not safe, it’s not convenient when you have to chase customer service and they will just terminate your business without an explanation. It’s a joke, it’s a bad business, no customer service and it’s not safe. There are better companies that can handle your request to send money.
