Can’t never get anyone on list there online banking ,is the worst always need to renew

I have done business with this company for 41 years including regular accounts, mortgage and car loans. Business was GREAT in the past, however now have a new CEO over the past year or so, and service has unfortunately diminished tremendously. Far less staff, extremely poor response to phone calls, late making night depositories (2 business days later). Discussed my issues with CEO yesterday who basically blew me off stating he was not going to address any of my concerns, despite my sincerely loyalty to the CU and tellers. Basically said bottom line was making a profit. They recently lost at least 2 high level staff members who I have done business with for 10 to 40 years. Such a shame. I asked the CEO if he had read the reviews on line, (we all seem to say the same thing over and over) and he admitted he had, but had no feedback as to any quality improvement suggestions. I will con't for a little bit longer here, see if any improvements are made, (such a pain to change CU after 41 years when you know all the tellers, and they are so sweet!) however it is currently so hard to con't to do business with this establishment. If things improve, and I receive an apology, I will gladly rewrite my review. FYI, I HAVE RARELY EVER WRITTEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON ANY BUSINESS, and PREVIOUSLY WOULD HAVE CLEARLY GIVEN THEM A 5 STAR RATING.

Before you open an account here, just simply try calling and getting a person on the phone. Been a member since the early 80s and this place is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. Their hours are ridiculous and good luck getting served in the drive thru. PLUS!!! I have a car loan with them. I was NEVER LATE. They reported a 30 day late in the middle of a home loan I was trying to get! Then they would not remove it in a hurry, as I needed to “wait my turn”. It dropped my credit score 100 points. It’s fixed now, but it took them months to remove it!

Horrible to do business with, CAN NOT get anyone on the phone. if by chance you can leave a message it does not get returned till end of day! too late by then, i'm not sitting at a dealership all day to find out my finances!!!

I've been with this bank for 13 years. Service has declined. No one ever answers the phone. I'm going to close my account. Now I can't get anyone on the phone and I have to transfer money every month

I have been a member since 1991, I had always felt comfortable here, and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, they have changed it so much it is NOT the same, today I have tried to talk to a person about my money for over an hour, all I get is a stupid machine, no way to talk to anyone, or find out about MY MONEY, I feel very violated, and mistrust this place now, I WILL be changing C.U due to this, They have totally screwed up the customer service, and the friendly trusting atmosphere they USE to have, all this NEW management, and changes in staff, SCREWED it up, shame on you, you DESTROYED a truly GREAT business. YOU destroyed a land mark in Pueblo, one they took years to build, and one you have destroyed in less then a year. SHAMEFUL.
